Our Dumb Dog

I just got a very angry call from my husband, who apparently forgot his lunch today when he set it down on the patio table to take out the garbage before he left. At lunchtime, he came back home to retrieve his forgotten lunch and discovered that a very naughty dog had stolen it. He recovered shredded pieces of his soft-sided lunch box cooler and the spoon meant for his yogurt. Everything else - including two sandwiches, a yogurt, an apple, a bag of goldfish crackers, a bag of chocolate chip cookies, and an ice pack - was missing. Either she has a gut-full of Ziploc bags or our yard has some new holes in it where she's buried her stash! Needless to say, Heifer got a stern talking-to and shouldn't need dinner tonight!
